Shipping Charges & Insurance
- We ship to most international destinations via Sea carriers & Air Carriers.
- Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and these charges are approximate.
- Actual shipping costs will be determined once the order is ready to ship.
- We will contact for your approval. Once approved, the additional shipping cost will be added to your order.
- Other Fees such as tariffs and taxes are charged by destination country and are not included in our shipping costs.
- It is recommended to check with your local customs agency for an accurate estimate of your import cost.
- Customer is responsible for all shipping & other charges.
- Insurance:
- For FOB (Freight on Board) insurance will be covered till Port of loading
- If terms are C&I or CIF, insurance will be covered from Port of loading till the port of discharge.
Order & Order Fulfillment Timelines
- Minimum order Quantity (MOQ): At least 3 cartons per fragrance to be selected.
- Minimum Order Value (MOV): Preferred Order worth US $ 8000 and above.
- For regular products and orders, Production Lead time is 35-40 days from the date of confirmation of order and receipt of advance/ payment term wise. However, transit time from Hem factory to destination may vary due to distance of destination port from India as well as customs or import processing per country.
- For Orders with stickers or pre printed packaging material, production lead-time is 50-55 days from the date of confirmation of order and receipt of advance/ payment term wise. However, transit time from Hem factory to destination may vary due to distance of destination port from India as well as customs or import processing per country.
- Forwarding Agent: Details of the forwarding agent to be provided 15 days prior to the stuffing /dispatch date from Hem Factory.
- An email with tracking information will be sent as soon as the order ships.
